Get in touch
The fastest way to reach us is email — a real person reads every message, usually within a day or two.
Preacher Prep is built and supported by System Advance Limited, the publisher of the app on the App Store and Google Play.
Common questions
How do I capture a note? Open the app and tap Add note — type or dictate a thought, quote, or illustration. Any scripture references are detected automatically and the verse text is pulled in for you.
What's the difference between Free and Pro? Free gives you unlimited notes, Preps, search, and scripture detection, forever. Pro adds the commentary library, AI Assist (Thinking Prompts & Study Threads), outline export to PDF and Word, and bulk note import.
Does AI Assist write it for me? No. It surfaces the threads in your own notes, pulls insight from the commentaries, and asks a few sharp questions — the message always stays yours.
Is my library the same on every device? Yes. Preacher Prep runs on iPhone, Android, and the web at app.preacherprep.io, all sharing one account.
Managing your subscription
On iPhone or iPad, manage or cancel Pro in the App Store: open Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → Preacher Prep.
On Android, open the Play Store → tap your profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → Preacher Prep.
If you subscribed on the web, manage your plan from Profile → Billing inside the app.
Deleting your account and data
You can permanently delete your Preacher Prep account and all of its content — every note, Prep, and verse tag — at any time:
- Open the app and go to Profile.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Confirm. Your account and all associated content are removed from our systems. Active subscriptions purchased through the App Store or Google Play should also be cancelled in the store, using the steps above.
Prefer us to do it for you, or can't access the app? Email [email protected] from the address on your account and we'll delete it for you. Once deleted, your content cannot be recovered, except where limited records must be retained by law (for example, billing records).
