Preacher Prep is owned and operated by System Advance Limited. In these terms, “Preacher Prep”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to System Advance Limited. Preacher Prep and the Preacher Prep logo are trade marks of System Advance Limited.

Using Preacher Prep

Preacher Prep provides tools for capturing, organizing, and preparing sermons, talks, studies, and other teaching material. By using the service you agree to these terms and to use Preacher Prep only for lawful purposes.

Plans & billing

Free plans have no charge and no expiration. Pro and Team plans are billed on a recurring basis as described at the time of purchase. Team plan billing is managed by your church's admins on one invoice; individual seats do not receive separate charges.

• You may cancel a paid plan at any time; access continues through the current billing period.
• Downgrading a paid plan does not delete your notes, Preps, or Library — only Pro-only features switch off.

Your content

You retain ownership of everything you capture in Preacher Prep. We do not claim rights to your sermon or teaching material, and we do not use it to train AI models.

AI Assist

AI Assist surfaces thinking prompts and study threads to support your own study. It does not draft your content on your behalf, and its output should be treated as a starting point for your own thinking, not a final product.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for misuse of the service or violation of these terms.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice.
